At Zaytra Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order to request a return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used fragrances/perfumes

  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging caused by the customer

  • Items damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or an agreed alternative method.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be covered by Zaytra Fashion.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
